Delivery & Service

1. All Items are generally shipped the same day or the next business day after the payment cleared(sat.& sun. holidays excluded).

2. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches with your shipping address you want us to ship to, as we ship to your PayPal address normally. We are not responsible for the package loss by wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate resulting in non-delivery, the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred. we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

3. Our shipping costs also include the cost of the packaging box, packaging material used to protect the product and/or any other material used during the processing of the order.

4. Shipping cost is not including duties or Tax.

Order Tracking: We allow you to track your order at below link. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. All the package can be tracked on http://www.track-trace.com/post.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, Email to us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email.
